Customer Service Representative:

 

As a Customer Service Representative, you will serve as the primary contact for EIS customers and deliver exceptional customer service that is reflective of EIS culture and values.

 

Responsibilities include creating customer loyalty through the prompt and accurate reception, assessment, and processing of customer inquiries or concerns, and providing proactive customer service.

 

Minimum Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent.

  • Previous customer service experience and basic knowledge of environmental regulations.

  • Fast and accurate data entry skills.

  • Familiar with Word, Excel, the Internet, and e-mail.

  • Ability to learn in-house tools, services and programs.

  • Strong organization, prioritization and follow-through skills.

  • Strong written, verbal and oral communication skills.

  • Ability to work in a team environment and adapt to changing situations.

  • Attention to detail.

  • Strong problem-solving and judgment skills.

  • Willing to contribute to a fun and energetic work environment that makes a positive difference for you, your coworkers and our customers.

  • Waste profiling and labeling experience strongly preferred.

  • Transportation coordination experience strongly preferred.
